What are you currently offering at Be Free?
š§āāļø Yoga ā Myofascial Release Yoga (Mondays, 12ā1 PM)
This class rolls right into Wellnessāliterally! š¾š¤£ I guide students through releasing pain and tension using tennis balls and other props, while empowering them with tools to support their own healing. Sharing this knowledge feels deeply important because I know how it has changed my life.Ā
š Reiki ā Wisewoman Intuitive Reiki āØ
Reiki has been my foundation for over 25 years. Itās woven through my life, and itās a JOY to teach and share in private sessions. My practice has evolved to include the wisdom and magic Iāve gathered along the way: breath, movement, meditation, mothering, myofascial tools & techniques, crystals, aromatherapy, sound healing, oracle cardsā¦the list continues to grow!Ā
š¬ļø Breathwork ā Be Free⢠Breathwork Facilitator
All my sessions and classes include intentional breath awareness and practice. Iām also a certified Be Free⢠Breathwork Facilitator and love offering transformative sessionsāprivate, small group, and community-based.
š Womenās Circles & Workshops
My monthly Crone Circle: Womenās Wisdom Sharing lights me up! Itās a powerful and nourishing space to connect and share.Ā
Another growing passion of mine? Feet! 𦶠Observations of aging relatives and their feet inspired me to create Sole to Soul, a foot fitness workshop all about caring for our feetāour literal foundation. We explore their powerful connection to the rest of the body and how to keep them strong and mobile. Essential at any age, but especially as we grow into our wisdom years!
There are a few more workshops brewing in my brain space too!Ā
What are you finding most inspiring in your life right now?
The transformational power of holding space, of connection, of community⦠ultimately, the power of Love.
I see it in the shared support that flows through my Friday 9am classāaffectionately called āFriday Family.ā It is palpable in Crone Circles. And I witness it in the softening and brightening of someoneās energy after a healing session.
Soon, Iāll be officiating the wedding of two of my yoga studentsāwhat a full-circle moment of love and service. š
What teacher has made the biggest impact on your life?
My first answer is always: my daughter, and my mom. Iāve also been blessed with incredible teachers along the path of yoga and healingātoo many to name!
So today, at 56, Iām going to say: my body.
Oh, sweet body. We didnāt always have the best relationship. I neglected, overused, and took her for granted. I spent too many years wishing she was something else. But now, every injury and change has humbled and taught meāand continues to inform everything I offer. She is wise. She is sacred. She is home.
Whatās something people might not know about you?
I started teaching at a young ageāI was a SCUBA instructor by 20. In Wisconsin (land-locked mermaid)! Ā Looking back, I see now that diving was my first real connection with the power and importance of the breath.
I love how things circle around! š
Any specials or upcoming events youād like to share?

Join us for connection, laughter, and shared wisdom.
