All- Levels Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga classes are designed to build stability, strengthen muscles, and give you a well-rounded, full-body reset. We begin with a short meditation and explore variations of sun salutations to energize and align. Soak up some sunshine and feel refreshed! This all-levels yoga class in Fort Collins is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Animal Flow
Welcome to Animal Flow—a fun and playful exploration of how the human body was meant to move! We’ll start on our mats to check in and warm up, then take it to the floor to practice animal-inspired forms. You'll build strength, mobility, and kinesthetic awareness while flowing through dynamic sequences around the room. This movement-based class is great for full-body fitness, but can be demanding on the wrists!

Community Meditation
Sit, breathe, and fully experience the present moment in this free community meditation class in Fort Collins. Led by Kyle Smurlolee, we'll practice a simple breath-based meditation, share a short reading, and hold space for open discussion. All levels are welcome to this mindfulness-based group offering

Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance happens with the intention of gathering together, moving our bodies in juicy and joyful rhythm, and shaking off the stress that keeps us from fully expressing ourselves. Feel your body, move with your soul, and celebrate in community.
Space is limited to 20 dancers—please pre-register to guarantee your spot in this movement-based healing class in Fort Collins!

Kundalini Yoga For Vibrant Health
This therapeutic Kundalini yoga class uses breath, movement, and mantra to help you explore how consciousness lives in your body. We work with Prana (life-force energy) to build vitality, calm the nervous system, and support overall health. This healing-focused yoga class is suitable for all levels, body types, and health conditions.

Mantra Mornings
You’re invited to start your day with singing and sacred sound! Every Friday morning with Jayu, we begin by chanting the Gayatri Mantra to honor the rising sun, followed by two rotating chants. You can join in with your voice, sit in meditation, or move through your own morning yoga practice. A beautiful way to begin the day with divine energy and mantra vibration.

Meditation & Drum Journey
Feel empowered and gain clarity through a guided meditation, breathwork, and a drum journey. These rhythmic journeys help connect you to your inner wisdom, higher self, and spirit guides. The beat of the drum helps quiet the mind, moving you into deep alpha and theta brainwave states for insight, healing, and restoration. Includes time for journaling and a closing meditation.

5 Element QiGong
In this class we will aim to explore the relationship of the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the internal self, movements of nature, the cosmos, and Qi flow. This is a mostly standing practice. All levels welcome!

Move To Melt
Come unwind with this deeply restorative yoga class. We begin with grounding breath and a slow qi gong-inspired flow, followed by gentle, supported poses using the wall and props. Savasana includes optional seated meditation. Bring a journal or sketchbook for personal reflection before heading home. A beautiful way to reset your nervous system and melt away tension.

Receive & Recenter
This class is designed to help you decompress, realign, and nourish your whole self. Gentle breath and movement, readings from sacred texts, and nervous system-regulating tools guide us toward a deep state of balance. Sound healing and Savasana offer space for integration.

Restore & Gong Bath
Unwind with 30- 45 minutes of gentle restorative yoga followed by a 30-minute grounding gong bath using Be Free’s Earth Gong. This is your invitation to release tension, shift your vibration, and return to center in this deeply healing sound and yoga experience.

Slow Flow
This breath-centered Slow Flow class is designed to reset and renew your body and mind. Begin with pranayama, ease into gentle movement and deep stretching, and finish with a restful Savasana and short seated meditation. A great way to re-center and reconnect.

Slow Flow Into Stillness
This class combines pranayama, slow-flow yoga, and restorative stillness. Move through breath-aligned sequences before settling into restful postures and meditation. The Wednesday class is 90 minutes, and Saturday’s is a shorter 60-minute format.

Soulful Hatha
Soulful Hatha is a heart-centered, all-levels yoga class designed to balance the solar and lunar energies within. Each class draws from current astrological influences, integrating movement, breathwork, and meditation for a deeply intentional practice. The union of “Ha” meaning sun and “tha” meaning moon. All-levels.

Radiant Morning: Align & Flow
Begin your day with clarity, presence, and vitality. This morning practice opens with stillness and breath awareness, inviting you to ground, center, and connect with intention. From there, we’ll gently awaken the body and build warmth through mindful movement, weaving together alignment, flow, and balance to energize and strengthen. Our sequence will culminate in a short savasana and a moment of gratitude, leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready to step into the day aligned with your highest intentions. This class offers the perfect blend of grounding and uplifting energy — a radiant start to your morning.

Yin & Restore
This soothing class combines yin yoga with restorative poses to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and deeply relax. We’ll hold passive poses to target the fascia and connective tissues, then settle into restorative shapes for total body and mind relaxation.

YinYasa
YinYasa blends 30 minutes of yin yoga (long-held stretches for the joints and fascia) with 30 minutes of gentle vinyasa flow to get your energy moving. This nourishing practice offers a little of everything to help you unwind and reset.
Fridays 4pm
Yoga For Peace of Mind
Slow down, breathe, and return to yourself. This class is affectionately known as "Friday family". It begins with a longer group check in before dropping into mindful breath and movement to connect to the body. Soak up the gift of loving community and internal time!
You’ll leave this class feeling grounded, peaceful, and more fully present.
