She is a force of love and you-got-this energy!!! We are so grateful to have her on our team! We asked her some questions so you can catch her vibes...

1- what are you currently offering it Be Free?

I currently offer the Tuesday evening Yin & Restore class, affectionately known as “glorified floor time.” It is the most chill, very meditative, and so lovely for your body and your nervous system. We hold postures for longer periods of time at lesser intensities and we use allllllll of the props (I’m a prop queen!). Yin & Restore is my personal favorite asana practice and I truly love sharing it.

2- what’s your favorite aspect of Yoga?

My favorite aspect of yoga is the way it has taught me to listen.

Through my breath, my movement, and moments of stillness, yoga has helped me develop a deeper relationship with my body and a deeper connection to Spirit. Over the years, I've learned that my body is constantly communicating with me. My breath tells me when I'm grounded and when I'm not. My body offers messages, guidance, and wisdom when I'm willing to slow down and pay attention.

What I learn on my mat comes with me into the rest of my life. The practice has taught me to trust the wisdom of my body, listen to the messages beneath the noise, and cultivate a deeper relationship with Spirit. For me, yoga isn't about perfecting a pose. It's about learning to listen to the guidance that has been there all along.

3- you are managing stretch lab! Tell us what you love about that company!

Yes! I've been with StretchLab for 4 years now. What I love most about what we do is the educational aspect. What really lights me up is helping people understand their bodies.

So many people walk through our doors feeling frustrated, confused, or disconnected from what's going on in their body, often thinking their tightness, pain, or limitations are just something they have to live with. One of my favorite things is helping people understand the "why" behind what they're experiencing and showing them that they have more options than they realize.

We use a style of stretching called PNF stretching, which works directly with the nervous system to create strength and safety within new ranges of motion. What fascinates me is that the body is always communicating with us. The more we understand how it works, the more empowered we become to support it.

As the manager, I love creating a culture of curiosity and continuous learning. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping our team deep in their understanding of the body and empowering them to educate, support, and inspire the people they work with every day.

4- what’s currently lighting up your world?

Right now, I'm fully in my dance lesson era, and I'm having an absolute blast!

Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a dancing queen. If there's a dance floor, you'll find me on it. Lately, I've been challenging myself by taking line dancing and salsa lessons, and I've recently started dipping my toe into country swing as well.

One of the things I'm loving most is being a beginner again. It's a reminder that growth doesn't always have to be so serious and can be really fun!

And if you've been curious about trying a dance class but don't want to go alone, I'm your girl!

5- anything else you wanna share?

I'm a big believer that life is meant to be both meaningful and fun.

I love movement in all its forms, learning new things, and following whatever sparks my curiosity. Lately that's looked like dance lessons, and it can also be a new book, a new hobby, an interesting rabbit hole, or spending time with my three cats, who keep life endlessly entertaining.

At the end of the day, I'm passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves, and I try to bring that same sense of curiosity, joy, and authenticity into everything I do.
