What are you currently offering at Be Free? 

I offer Ecstatic Dance every other Monday and workshops, Honoring the Curandera Way and Reclaiming the Heart of Prayer. In the practitioner room, I offer ceremonial tattoos and Held in Wholeness — an intuitively curated journey with Mama Cacao and Bobinsana, to guide you back into the heart, your own medicine, knowing, and power.

What are you finding most inspiring in your life right now?

My little sister and Indigenous elders — their courage, sovereignty, and unconditional love ignite something ancient in me. Their wisdom reminds me I am free and to honor myself & others deeply.

Who is a teacher that has changed your  life?

My greatest teacher has honestly been myself — especially because the archetypes and guides I work with lead me back to myself anyways. A real teacher reminds you that you already are the medicine. That being said, I’m eternally grateful for all the miracles I’ve received from the teacher of all teachers, Tonantzin (Mother Earth) and Abuela Ayahuasca. They are infinitely abundant in their magic & guidance. More than teachers, they’re my familia and my first true love.

What’s something people might not know about you?

I’m an Azteca Dancer (Cuāuhpipiltin Mitotiani) — I pray in this way every week now. For my first danza, it felt like a return to something that never left me… a remembrance and weaving with my ancestors.  So honored to have found my way back to this way of life. I also love writing poems, songs, and I’m currently creating a poetry book and oracle deck!
