My journey with Tibetan Bowls began a long time ago, but was solidified when I completed my Sound Healing Therapy training in Chiang Mai Thailand in 2023. While pregnant, I found this deeply healing practice that helped relieve my own stress and anxiety. Nurtured Roots is about supporting those through mind and body experiences. I want each person to feel nurtured through the services I provide whether it be through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, or therapy.
My education includes my Bachelors in Sociology/Human Development and Family Studies from CSU and Masters in Social Work from DU. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher through Melanie's Root to Rise YTT in 2018, Be Free Breathwork Program in 2020, Reiki Level 1 in 2022, and Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing Therapy from Chiang Mai Thailand in 2023. My specialties include sound healing therapy as well as mental health talk therapy.
The modalities I practice have benefits which are not limited to:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Deep relaxation & nervous system regulation
Chakra balancing
Increase mental & emotional clarity
Balances both hemispheres of the brain
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I practice various modalities based on client needs. Whether it be therapy or sound healing, I would tell clients where you are at currently is a perfect place to start experiencing the benefits of sound healing & therapy!
When I am not working, I love spending time with my partner, son, and pup! As a first time mom I enjoy eating, reading, hiking, weightlifting, and creating for Redwood Crystals when I can squeeze in the time!

I have been with Be Free from the very beginning and walking through the doors truly feels like home. I love the community that we have cultivated and I want people to feel nurtured and safe in our space!
You can find me in Room 1 for one-on-one sound healing sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays and in Room 4 for therapy services on Tuesdays. Want to catch up with me for yoga, great! me on IG @redwoodcrystals or leading yoga on Tuesday at 5:30, Thursday 9am and Sundays at 10am!
